At SeaKing Outboard Motor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure you receive the highest quality outboard motors and marine parts every time you shop with us.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🛒 1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and documentation.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

⚙️ 2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@seakingoutboardengines.com.
Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.

📦 3. Return Process

1. Email our support team at support@seakingoutboardengines.com to request a return authorization.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.

3. Securely package the item to avoid damage during return transit.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

🚚 4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

💵 5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You’ll be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

🚫 6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Clearance or sale items

• Custom or special-order products

• Gift cards

• Items showing signs of installation or use
